  1. Help please window related fault 🤔

    Morning all...a fault that’s got me stumped 🤔 2004 a3 2.0fsi 3door Both windows not working, regs ok, motors ok, switches ok (all confirmed with my diagnostic equipment) On a hot function(active test) I can operate both windows up and down with my diagnostic machine so I know they are ok. What’s the issue 🤷🏻‍♂️ the vehicle is in Safe mode but I don’t think that’s a contributing factor but happy to be told otherwise if that’s the case. Any help appreciated
