  1. Yes but the box was resting on the ground when it broke, normally it is hanging up. Don’t worry I have a call out with my Audi dealer. Thank you for your thoughts.
  2. Inconvenience mainly. Eg. At night, the common time to charge, it often rains. Just wondered what others do.
  3. Do others leave the cables outside? Seems a bit of a faff to bring it in when it rains.
  4. Definitely the cable. I borrowed next doors and it then charged fine. I also changed the fuse and the plug but that didn’t seem to do it.
  5. Hi, I have a 2022 A3 plug in hybrid. I have been charging with the provided cable to a 3 pin plug in the uk but the cable is now not working. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do about it? Interested to know whether you leave it out because it only has an IP55 rating. Thanks.
  6. Hi all, New to the forum and just bought a 2016 A4 Avant Sline Quattro. I should know but trying to identify what headlights that I have, either LED or LED matrix. How can I do this? I have just got back from skiing and driving to the French alps. The car was great over the 1400 miles. I was expecting to be able to adjust the headlights, or for them to adjust automatically or the french roads, but not selection appeared on the car submenu. Can someone advise what I need to do for European driving. Thanks, Russell
