For any who are interested; I just went out and closed it. Not working for half a day, suddenly working now. Perhaps a dodgy switch or temperature related in some magical way. who knows. I won't be opening it again until after lockdown 🙂

Hi, New member here, so hi all. I have a 2018 S3 with the panoramic sunroof. I opened it yesterday when I popped out briefly, but I couldn't get it to close. I hear a click sound when I press the button, so i don't think it's dead. It just doesn't move. I've checked for blockages and I can't see any. Obviously this isn't ideal from a security and weatherproofing standpoint. Does anyone have any tips on where to look? Is there a way of closing it manually? The manual suggests it can be closed manually, then just says pull and hold the switch which doesn't work. Any suggestions welcome.
