  1. Hi steve thanks for your reply. Brake fluid was not changed when we re done the brakes, could that be an issue? My machanic is going to re do the piston this weekend i hope. Do you think its strange the auto part shops can not order them in from their suppliers?
  2. Hi all Recently i have had some rear brake trouble. The rear right hand side had worn down to the disc, i had thought it was just a hard spot on the pad but util i looked closely i realised the pad was gone. I bought pads and disc for both sides(electric calipers are a nightmare) and thought that was job done. 8-10 weeks have gone by and i am back to almost metal again, whats going on? I rang 3 suppliers in cookstown and all told me the rear electric calipers can not be sourced, strange. One suggested maybe it is not a retail part, that maybe there is a solenoid issue not allowing brake fluid equally in to both calipers? I can buy a caliper online anywhere from £150 - £400, but as the auto-parts place suggested this may not be the problem. My question is, has anyone else encountered the same problem or know of a solution, please. king regards joe
