  1. No worries Gareth, I was told at the time hard wiring them would fix it, I don’t know much about motor mechanics and just went with what was suggested, luckily it’s been put back correctly. There’s got to be someone out there who can sort it for me.
  2. Hi Gareth, thanks for getting back to me, I have had all the plugs under the seat sorted, I had a local guy try and fix it before it went into the specialist, he cut the original plugs off and then re joined them, that made no difference. I then had the Audi guy put new plugs back on, still no difference. If anyone knows of a good auto electrical in the West Midlands I would certainly give it a go.
  3. Hi to you all, I am a new member to the Audi owners club, I’ve owned my TT from new for the past 15 years, I’m In a position at the moment where my cars off the road due to being unable to get air bag light off. I have driven less than 15000 miles since I brought the car which maybe due to my lack of use may have caused my problem. Over the last 4 years the light has been resettable before mot and I managed to get it through. I have had the car looked at by a local Audi specialist who thought he would be able to fix it, he checked air bags, connection under seat, various sensors , controllers, battery basically everything he could think of even swapping parts out from another car he had but couldn’t fix it. He tells me that having spoken to Audi they suggest replacing the loom. That sounds crazy to me, Is there anyone here that can offer some advice ( in based in the West Midlands) I look forward to any help or advice that can be offered. Thanks Pete
