  1. Hi there, I'm trying to remove the front section of the prop shaft in order to remove the DPF from the car. Elsawin shows just a 6 bolted flange just ahead of the center propshaft bearing. However on my car there appears to be a cover at the joint, so I can't access the flange bolts. I've tried gently taping the cover to see if it will slide back, but it doesn't want to move. I'm wodering if perhaps it is threaded and has to be unscrewed before being slid back. Can anyone enlighten me? Car is a 2007 A3 TDI quattro. Thanks in advance Adam
  2. Hi guys, Just doing timing and balance shaft chains on a 2.0 TFSI (CDNC) and I notice free play in the inlet camshaft sprocket/hub. Not a lot, probably 1 degree if that, but free play all the same. I'm wondering if this is correct or not. Any thoughts?
