  1. Thank you all for the replies. It is louder than what you can hear on the recording but for some reason it doesn't pick up well on my phone. The garage who told me its the suspension is actually a German specialist garage who I've used a few times. They are pretty good I'd say. But yeah I think I'm going to get my brother to take it to the Audi specialist. Fingers crossed they are able to figure it out and its not too expensive 😕
  2. haha thankfully I don't have a mother in law I've attached a recording, the clearest I could get it. Voice 002.m4a
  3. Hi Gareth, Thanks for the reply. That seems like a good shout as I googled it and seems like symptoms match. There's an audi specialist based in Pudsey so will take it there. If it is the suspension mount, out of curiousity would that be an expensive repair?
  4. I i'd say its close to a rattle. I will attach a recording tomorrow. Sorry if its vague, I have no clue when it comes to cars.
  5. HI, Was wondering if anyone can help please. I've had this issue for a while, everytime I drive on local roads (cant hear it on motorway) my car makes a very loud noise on the passenger side. I've had it looked by a few garages, no one really knows the issue. One said my wheels are too big, other said its my suspension drying out. Seems to get louder the colder it is.
