hi guys so i brought a audi a3 04 and it has a flat bottom streeing wheel but the controls dont work after weeks of looking i think i found out why i need the module out of a 2006 s3 but my question is does it have to be 2006 s3.

evening all... ran in to a problem brought this 2004 audi had a problem with the battery constant dieing i put it down to the aftermarket radio toke it all out since then batterys been fine went to try refit the radio today and seen the person that had it before me has cut the orig plugs off so im left now with wires i have no idea what goes where i have these wires and a plug when i connect it all battery drains when off batterys fine excuse the !Removed! ash lol on the seat

hi guys brought a audi a3 1.9 it has the flatbottem wheel noticed there no lights on it and the controls dont work is there a way to get these working i dont think anything else was replaced think the guy that i brought it off just swapped the wheel over... and also my keyfob the unlock button dont work properly unless i take battery out then put it back in i get one unllock and tba its falling to bits i have had a look on ebay for a replacement is there a certain one im looking for or whats the easy way to repair it

I have it working just not saveing the stations kept red two red then split the yellow and toke a feed from a fuse that goes love with ignition on now radio turns on and off with key like I say only problem don’t save radio stations

So I just recently brought this 04 Audi noticed there was a issue with the radio been doing about it reading and seen some people have put a Ignition switch feed to turn them off my question is the only way the radio will work is if red and yellow are together the stations don’t save and noticed this green and black cable at the back any one shed some light thanks

found it fuse under bonnet in the fuse houseing f19

yh i have only got the one key and been looking on ebay for a new key to swap the boards but cant find one to match

any one the radio fus location ive looked under the bonnet number 8 but its fine i have no power to radio 04 s3

hi all sorry if this has allready been asked my key fob works to unlock but not lock if i remove the back and replace it will let me lock once nut not again after that unless remove the back again i tired to replace the battery but lost all lock and unlock put old battery back in same again is there a way to resync the key after a battery replace or does it have to be recoded c
