The temp didn't rise I have coolant in the tank It has been around freezing over the last week The warning light has been wiped, so I'll wait and see if it appears again Thank you

The Emissions Light appeared today on the dash. Solid amber colour. Any suggestions for a fix? Should I get it plugged in first? Or just drive hard in 3rd gear and hope it goes away? Thanks.

Thank you. I guess the seat would have to be removed to make it easier to access.

Hello, When I started my A6 today, a number of fault lights appeared on the dash - stability control, abs.. and others that appeared so quickly I can't recall what they were. All the warnings disappeared, but the airbag light stayed on.. and remains on. Any ideas what the issue may be? Thanks.

Have owned my A6 (190bhp, Saloon, 2015) for 2.5 years. Got it with 35k miles, now has 80k. I have replaced: X2 Springs, Fly wheel and Clutch (2k!!), X2 ABS sensors, Sat Nav antenna replacement, Cruise Control Switch, and there's a strange vibrating noise when engine hovers at 2500rpm. I'm thinking what next!!? Just bad luck or just very unreliable? Had many cars in the past (Ford, Vauxhall). Hardly had any issues! Thanks.

Hi everyone.. I'm baffled.. I purchased a set of Cruz Roof Bars, but I'm unsure how they safely fit onto the vehicle. There are little silver plastic plugs on the underside of the roof, which I've removed. But it leaves a small hole. I assume the roof bars are supposed to go into these holes, but how? Using what? Is there a screw? Should it have come with the bars or the vehicle? Thanks.

So today, the rear door opened from the outside. Opened about 5 times in a row, then on the 6th time it didn't open. A sticky locking mechanism? Need greased? What are your thoughts?

Hi I have a rumbling/vibation/rattle noise coming from, what appears to be the underneath of the car, the rear passenger side. I have, however, opened the bonnet and the noise appears to come from the fan belt area. The noise can only be heard when the engine is revved at less than 2000 revs. Over 2000 rpm it can't be heard. More audible in cold weather. I've brought to a mechanic and he confirmed that the noise in coming from the fan belt area, but he's not exactly sure what it is without stripping it down. Anyone else experienced anything silimar? Thanks.

Hello This first time on this forum.. go easy on me.. just looking for some advice please. The door won't open from the outside in my 2015, A6. The handle feels very movable as if it's not catching. Opens from inside fine. Any idea what the problem might be? Thanks. Gareth.
