  1. Voice Recognition Issues

    Hi. Just purchased a 2019 A7 and the voice recognition button is doing my head in. Ive went through all the process of connecting my smart phone via bluetooth and to the Audime app etc. It appears to not pick up my voice in order to carry out any commands?. I press the voice button, get the beep tone and when prompted to carry out a command i.e Call ' name' etc it just doesnt do anything other than say how can I help and goes to the default list of commands then goes to sleep mode because it seems to think Im not asking anything?. Am I missing something here?. Do i need to switch something on the MMI screen or menu or do I need to buy something to insert into the SD slot to activate something?. Any help appreciated.
