    Hi everyone, I can open the fuel door no problem. However when I go to put the nozel of the fuel pump in there is a silver plate that looks like it should release but remains stuck. This is a 2015 A5 Sportback. I am attaching a picture. Any suggestions welcome. Cheers, Des
