Hi everyone, my 2014 A8 4.2Tdi takes ages to get to running temperature. Today it took 34 miles to reach 90 degrees on the gauge. Ambient was 5 degrees. If I wanted to change the Thermostat, how big a job is that and how long should it take? Cheers Pat

My 4.2 Tdi A8 is fitted with a sports diff. Does anyone know of common issues with this diff. If so are they easy to fix? Cheers Pat

Hi all, I am the proud owner of a '14 plate A8L 4.2 Tdi, with 42,000 miles on the clock. I am into preventative maintenance and although the gearbox is "sealed for life", when would be a good time to service the gearbox? Thanks in anticipation. Pat
