  1. Battery replacement advice

    Hi, I'm looking to replace the battery on a relations 2005 A4 Avant 2.0 petrol. The current battery is 60Ah/550 CCA, searching for replacements from various suppliers against the reg comes up with higher capacity batteries - 70 & 74 Ah, which are physically longer by about 35mm. So I have two questions; Can anyone confirm what size battery it should have? It's obviously had new batteries during its life and I'm wondering if an undersized one was installed at some point. Can the physically bigger battery fit? When I look at the mounting, it looks like there is a round end stop which might be movable to pre-set locations? Thanks in advance for any help
