Hey all So my new-to-me (2012) A7 has an irritating problem that I'm hoping someone might have a suggestion for 🙂 Like my previous 2010 A6 it has the jukebox/HDD option and like that older car I've copied the same folders/files across and for the most part all is well. BUT.. some files/tracks (that worked on the older car and play fine on the phone/PC) will play once after import on the jukebox, then grey out and can't be played again. This only seems to happen after the track is played completely. If I switch to another before that and then back, it will work. It's always the same songs too even though they play fine elsewhere. I've tried wiping/resetting the jukebox, and have used multiple SD Cards without success Any ideas or has anyone had the same issue? I'm hoping it's some sort of software bug that a later firmware fixed? Cheers!
