  1. How do I reset my A3?

    My first post so forgive me if this has been asked... I’ve just bought my first Audi, and I’m loving it! Only gripe is that it has all the previous owners setting stored , like mobile phones, radio stations, map destinations, etc. How do clear all that information from the car so I make it my own? I’ve read a few comments but am worried I delete any map updates that may have been installed and not be able to reinstall them and end up with a map from 2017. There is an SD card installed, should I remove it to protect the data on it when resetting everything? Hopefully someone on the forum here can help me. 🤞🏻
