All coding was saved and double checked between both modules I used turns out there’s a fault in the DH module as the old module was put back in everything worked brought another DH module and everything works with that one so It could only be a faulty module just need to get component protection removed again.

I have fitted range control address 55 on my auto scan. Don’t suppose you have a link or any online info regarding the build spec being check at the mot station as I’m not able to find anything online. Would be good to have a read up on it.

How would they know it’s all been done to oem spec lights auto level and headlight washers?

No it goes to a module in the boot on the A5 then to the the multi media unit in my dash.

All retrofits I did myself. Rvc off the top of my head I think was around £150. It was easy enough hardest part was finding the correct parts not many people like sharing info
