Hi everyone, hope your having a good day So last Friday I started to hear a deep noise upon acceleration I thought nothing of it and I'd get it checked out on Saturday. My car is an Audi A4 B7 2.0 TDi Cabriolet Multitronic with a BPW engine Saturday I embarrisingly drove my car to the garage as it had gotten much louder please see video https://streamable.com/zcmo00 I was told it was a flywheel so I bought a flywheel and took it to my mechanic. He took the gearbox out and now tells me that my engine is knackered and that the crankshaft is moving back and forth please see video https://streamable.com/6zxy43 I've spoken to some people who have said the engine is gone and others who have said that it might be a crankshaft that moves because its an automatic Any advice or help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance 🙂
