For some inexplicable reason I currently have no sound from either the radio or the satnav on my 2019 A6.
I had done anything unusual simply working driving to destination, parked up and then when started car to drive home noticed that’s no sound coming out in relation to either.
I have reset everything I can see via MMI to factory settings this has not solved the problem.
I also found a solution on the net of holding the volume button down for 10 seconds which seem to reboot the system this didn’t work either solve the problem.
Any suggestions?
