There is a correction. The module under the driver seat foot well is The CCM not the BCM as I was first told . Just replaced mine all is ok now everything works.

Ok found it under footwell. It was full of water. Had to send BCM out to get rebuilt. Thanks. George

Hi. I found my problem it as water under the drivers foot well the BCM was under water. MY question , it sound like if i get a used or rebuilt BCM it needs to be programmed by the dealer is that correct? . Thank you in advanced

hi group. I have a 2007 A4 2.0 Cabriolet I am looking for the location. Of it??? I am confused one place says it’s on the fire wall , one place says it’s behind glove box, other place it on the drive side floor. Please let me know. The location. Thanks. George

Hello to start I have a 2007 A4 cabriolet 2.0. the car was running fine no troubles or no errors. one day I went to start it and the battery was DEAD. I replaced the battery when i put on the negative cable there was a strange noise coming from glove box door ( NOT inside the box or behind it in the door) the car starts fine and drives fine no errors on the display. What does not work is the windows,the top,mirrors, remote door clicker,door locks also do not work? I have no idea where to start to find the problem. Any ideas please let me know thank you
