  1. Hi Gareth.. Thank you for your reply.. Q5 back with dealer and he’s given us another Q5 to drive in the meantime. I’ve no doubt that the dealer will see us right as he has already mentioned a refund in earlier conversations. Problem with refund though is that the price of Q5s have risen so much, so doubtful if we’re prepared to spend any more money to purchase one with even higher mileage than the one we had. I was just curious to know if anyone on here had the same issue as we are having rather than a definite solution. But thank you for taking the time to reply
  2. Hi .. Can anyone shed some light on this issue on my 2017 Q5? Only 38k on the clock.. Has been back to dealer as we only purchased it in June 2021, and was with Audi who changed fuel pump, fuel filters and tested injectors which were all fine. He paid then approx £1500 and problem still there. Then Audi said he needed to replace full fuel system costing up to £4000! Dealer took Q5 from Audi who didn’t really know if that replacement would fix problem and sent Q5 to Diesel engine expert. He replaced valves on engine and all seemed good. However after first long drive, message reappeared. Q5 in limp mode again. Pulled over and restarted. Message gone. Anyone know what is possibly going on? I did notice when we purchased Q5 air con was not working properly and now heat not working in drivers end although working elsewhere in Q5.. sorry for long post but at wits end.. Can anyone help?
