Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply, but it’s knowing the correct one to get, as it needs to be the correct one to obtain the correct reading, ie length etc. Yes Audi wasn’t too happy about it😄

Morning, I have an Q5 2011, I have just gone through the 3 stage Audi oil consumption tests, which Audi UK picked up the bill for. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase a dipstick for this vehicle please? It has an electronic gauge but after all the hassle I have had with the oil I no longer trust the reading & would like to manually check it. I have contacted Audi parts but they told me they don't do one as its fitted with the electronic gauge, on my model it has the tube for the dipstick, so if they have fitted that surely there must be a dipstick for it!!. I would be grateful if anyone can help. Thanks in advance. Gordon
