Thanks. How expensive do you think this will be?

Hi all, I can hear a bearing sound from my steering wheel when at slow speeds or a complete stop. It is audible outside the car but specifically inside, and it sounds like a belt driven simulator wheel when turned. What am I looking at? Thanks.
