I love my Audi A8, it's 12 years old and still performs as I would expect another newer car in the middle of the road bracket, the secret I believe is to find a good garage not main dealer, build a good relationship with him, and he will look after you, I went to Scotland for nine days 70-80 mph on motorways and cruise anywhere else the returns was 31.8 mpg overall marvellous. shop around for parts, it's surprising, how cheap you can things for. Can anyone answer the question for me please, in the back up programme all the segments in the display light up indicating a fault, locking the box in first gear, does anyone know what the fault might be and is it an easy fix. thanks in advance for any help Regards Andy

I had the same problem with my A8 when I first had it, simple fault was the air con drain pipe was blocked, my mechanic fixed it in a few minutes, no problems afterwards, just keep using the air con, hope this might help. Regards Andy

Hi I have a similar problem with my Audi A8, on all settings I just get cold air blowing through the vents and condensation builds up overnight, I bled the system but to no avail, I don't know if there is any relays involved as everything is electric, any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Andy
