  1. 1.2 TFSI EVAP valve replacement - bonded hose?

    I'm changing the EVAP valve on my son's 1.2 TFSI, I got the replacement valve, it looks the same. The issue is while the inlet hose (blue box in the photo) just pops off like a hose does, the outlet hose (red box) going to the engine looks much slimmer, almost plastic like, and it so tight it does not looks like its designed to come off. you can see my plier marks where i gave it a go. is this normal? is this a case of the part supposed to come with pre-bonded hoses or something? if so, anyone got a part number? 🙂
