Hi It can get like this when getting an alignment sometimes. The causes can vary= *The steering wheel might not have been centered perfectly *The alignment equipment's calibration might be out of spec. *The steering wheel holder can have a loose fit and allow movement in the steering wheel when aligning. Often when this occurs at the shop i work at, we take the car back in for a Quick realignment. They guy might have been in a hurry but he should have noticed this when test driving
