  1. it's an  Hofele RS4 Front Bumper, they used to be available direct from Germany as I bought one ages ago and then never used it, not available direct now but can be purchased from companies in the states at low prices but shipping and cost make it very expensive indeedy.

mine cost £900 some years ago before brexit but they don't sell them now, shame as they are really nice and build quailty is probably better than the oem albeit they are Fibre glass not plastic like the oem ones.

And they are designed to use the oem rs4 b7 front grille , so just adds to the quality oem look.

  2. It's like most things, personal choice is what is really all that matters, what one loves another may not so all that really matters is that you like it.👍

It's not one of my favourite aftermarket bumpers to be honest, well it's all fine except for the front foglamp air intakes, they just don't suit the B7 styling, just to square, better suited to B8 platform and beyond.

There are a few RS4 B7 aftermarket bumpers on the market and most tend to be very similar as yours and i know a few guys that have the same item fitted to their B7's, but there are a couple of companies that make an almost exact RS4 B7 front bumper but for the A4/S4 variants, so the wheel arch profiles fit properly, the oem rs4 B7 has wider arches so bumper won't fit.

The splitter you have fitted looks very similar in design as the lower lip as fitted to the B7 DTM which has a nice front bumper .

  3. Depends on how much available thread was left with the spacer fitted.

5mm may not sound much but depends on what length bolt you have to start with.

not recently but when i had the 19" lemans i had to get longer radius bolts to use with 5mm spacers, but that said sometimes you can get away with it.

  4. I just had a thought chap, did you get longer wheel bolts to use those 5mm spacers, if so, make sure they are radius shoulder bolts not tapered.

All Audi OEM rims use radius shoulder bolts, tapered are 99.9% used for aftermarket rims, there is a big difference.

Ah now I know what you mean when I look at the car

I personally love them but then I am an Audi novice so don’t know any better 🙂

    S4 v s-line

S4 blade fitted on the car with the s-line  for comparison, you can see the s4 ones especially the rears are much wider.

  6. Sorry, Blades are the external lower door trims , they start allmost flat on the front doors and getting wider towards the rear wheel arch.

S4 blades are noticeably wider especially on the rear doors, its a bit of a marmite thing really.

I swapped my s-line ones to s4 some time ago, i wasn't keen on them initially as i thought they would be too wide but once on they are not and i really like them.

  7. I had oem 19" Lemans on a few years ago 8.5j 235/35 and they fitted perfectly, clear side flasher lens looks best on black paint in my view, one can have too much dark on a dark car and it tends to look a bit non-descript, just my view.
