  1. A disgrace to Audi UK. They charged me £144 for 5 min. spin round the car park to tell me the light on the dash is because of the noise from front mount as if I had not told them the same thing in advance. They failed my MOT and included that light on dash in the list of failures. They told me you have to pay extra 3 hours (3x£144) so that we can connect our computer and tell you what is wrong. Nonetheless I spent £700 that day. I went away, fixed all the issues plus the advisories at less than the half at Kwik Fit (£320). Went back to Audi to run a quick check for the MOT fail points and issue my MOT. They said you still have to pay us the £432 before we check the MOT. I told them, the light came up because of the mount, but Kwik Fit did not have the right tool to "Reset" the computer. All you have to do is just reset the computer, check for other points you said needed to be fixed, if the light comes up again, fair enough I will fix it. This light surely can go away by pressing reset button. This is what happens when an entire showroom is left to immature and inexperienced women to run someone who has no clue about mechanics or customer service. AVOID AVOID at any cost, you have been warned.
