Thanks for this long term review and I'm amazed at your very reasonable running costs. I'm relatively new to the Q7 and have the 2023 50 Tdi Vors and it's just had a 30k service under a service plan. They suggested I need new front pads (4mm) & discs at £1520 due to some corrosion on discs, which seems a tad early/expensive. Air quality sensor failed at £510 but covered by warranty. Felt under tray damaged £310. Seemed quite an expensive service for a low miles car hence your review has been reassuring.

Think I've located the hub caps, but the alloy is proving illusive.

Hi. Trying to find replacement alloy for this 1998 A6 2.4 SE - 17" 10 spoke speedline I think. Also after two of the hub caps, grey with chrome Audi logo. Have trawled Ebay but not doing very well. Any suggestions as to where I might find these? Philip
