  1. From what I've read you can plug things into the pre face lift C6's but not the post 2008 C6's. We are stuck with bluetooth phone calls only and memory sticks for adding any extra music which is disapointing for a car of its age & spec that is spot on in all other areas. Well at least thats what I have in my 2011 C6.
  2. I have an issue with my AC that might be connected. I had an issue in 2021 with the fan staying on all the time. I checked a few chat rooms & spoke to a customer who had an S5 with the same problem & the fix was to fit a new AC pressure sensor..£15, front bumper off, done.. fan not on any longer but still no AC... a quick £65 regas & it was sorted. Last week when the summer turned up, I obviously turned the temp down & the AC has been blowing very cold & then not so cold intermittently. In other peoples experience could it be low refridgerant & it needs a recharge? I hear they reuse the gas that they pull out including all the debris & moisture that have been taken out of all the cars that they do recharges on. Without plugging in & scanning for faults, has anybody had an experience similar & solved it?
  3. There doesn't seem to be too much interest in here!!! Did you manage to sort your AC problem out?
  4. Thanks for the info Steve, can the speakers be just changed for a more powerful alternative of the same size? I wasn't sure if it was the amp that determines the loudness & quality of sound. It looks like the 6.5 inch speakers in the doors will most likely make all the difference.
  5. Hi All, I have the standard setup speakers in my 2011 C6, the sound is OK its clear & crisp but both the 2002 volvo S60 I had many moons ago & the 2006 Saab aero 2.8T I had previously where surprisingly better. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to add a little bit more mid range volume? Without breaking the bank where possible!!! Thanks,Graham
  6. Its a code in your service book both front and rear have a separate code, its needs to be compred to the fitment section on Euro Parts for each disc & pads. They got mine correct first time without me needing to measure the discs & compare yhe pads.
  7. I've just fitted new front discs to my 2011 A6. I fitted the new Audura 321mm discs from euro car parts. Great price compared to other brands, not painted but so far I'm impressed. The state of the old ones by comparison was unbelievable. The outer face of both discs looked pretty normal but the hidden face was like the surface of the moon! I've never seen anything like it. I'm no mechanic but I've seen enough old discs be them badly scored by worn out pads or just old but these are unreal. I'll upload them when I get chance. They look like the metal inside has fatigued so badly that they've rotted from the inside out. Has anybody had a similar expierience. I can only guess they are original but the car has travelled 167 000 miles! Can a pair of discs last so long?
