Only the paddles and the multifunction buttons aren't working before this happened they worked if you bang the steering wheel now they don't do nothing which makes me believe it's a loose connector or wire the horn works no airbag light which makes me believe the clockspring isn't the issue just need a manual or someone with knowledge to figure out if it's just the buttons or the something else gonna try disconnecting the battery to see if that helps if it's a software issue better to reset it
