Hi there, hopefully someone can help, A3 sportsback 2.0tdi 57 plate my climate control works perfectly across the car, except the driver side vent and the right side of the windscreen vent, which, when I put it on low, they stay red hot! Now we’re coming into summer, I was hoping to repair this but wanted some advice on what could be causing this issue. I’ve looked on Google, YouTube etc and most vids are saying that it’s most likely a faulty motor, would this be likely or is there something else I can check please? thanks
