(2.0 tdi BMN PD170) Cambelt replaced Glow plugs changed Injector seals changed Injectors uv cleaned Just to add to this topic, I have recently found out my idle was rough at times and slight judder/vibration on acceleration. After replacing injector seals, uv cleaning injectors.. turned out that vibration almost doubled. Opened the valve cover and found out one bolt holding injector was fairly loose compared to others, nipped it up and it reduced the vibration, however it persists.. especially when I hit boost it feels almost like having a big washing machine in the engine bay, wich impacts performance. I will be going ahead and buying a second hand working injector, if that don't fix my issue, it most likely stems down to losing compression (valves, pistons or in worst case cracked chamber OR injector hole worn to oval shape over time) Anyone have got to some conclusions here and fixed their problems? Would be nice to know and let others see.
