I have just put my car away and I have two trails of water under the car. the trails are either side of the boot well? I have had the car for over 5 years and never noticed this before. There looks like one square hole either side where the water is. Are these drain hole for something?

I have a 2019 Audi Q5 with only 27000 miles on the clock. I recently had it serviced and was informed that there was a leak from the water pump, and that the pump should be replaced. I have done a bit of research since and found that historically the water pump has been a problem, so much so that there was a recall issued on 2012 - 2017 models. I would like to have your thoughts as to whether any one has had a problem with the water pump on recent models and what was the response from Audi.
