No I haven't, but saying that I installed a new battery 3 years ago with no problems, how do I do that

Hi all, got multiple problems, started off car alarm going off it had been raining water in where car battery is I completely dried it out, got a brand new car battery as it needed it but when I connected it the glovebox alarm sounded then the key fob won't operate got a brand new key fob battery but the same tried starting car and pressing the unlock and lock button but still won't operate there is a red light on key fob, then I pressed the passenger window down but all windows failed to work and noticed the soft top icon is flashing on dash(yellow) and it won't open😀
