  2. No heating, only cold air

    Hi everyone, my partners Audi A3 2.0 TDI 2014 no longer delivers hot air. The vents are blowing cold. I’ve had a code reader on it and the only fault with the HVAC system is “Front air distribution door motor Actuator jammed” I’ve had a look at the actuators and they all seem to be motoring, had the glovebox out completely and also had my hands on the pipes for the heater matrix, both pipes are hot. anyone have any idea on what this could be, I’ve heard that the heater matrix can get clogged but would the pipes be hot still? any help here is greatly appreciated
