I want to hardwire my dash cam into the fuse box but I don’t know where to plug the two connectors in. I think the yellow wire goes to the f40 plug for the cigarette lighter, and the black wire goes to an earth, but I am not sure where to plug the red wire into? Can anyone help me? My car is a 2012 A6 Avant. the dash cam is an Azdome M300S with rear camera and the hardwire kit is an Azdome JYX04 kit.
