    Hi I've bought the incorrect gearbox for my a3 8p. The engine code is CFFB, gearbox code is LNZ. The gearbox I have to replace it is an LHD. The question I have is what is the difference between the 2 gearboxes? There is an additional 3 wire sensor on my gearbox, I'm assuming this is for the dash to tell me which gear the car is in and when to change (I have this function switched off anyway). If you're wondering how I got the wrong gearbox, the service book that came with the car must have been swapped at some point 🤦 Thanks
