    Hi Ive got a 2003 A4 B6 Cab. Its a 2.5 diesel tdi Yesterday, while half way through a 80 mile trip the car started to accelerate briskly on its own, I dipped the cloth and it red lined itself, I immediately switched off the ignition and got the car to the road side. I left it switched off for about 10 minutes and then did manual throttle body reset using the ignition key and accelerator pedal method. Has anyone got any idea what causes this to happen and how to get it sorted. it was quite conferring when it happened. many thanks
