Hi guys, I’m looking at updating my satnav maps only, is this data read from the SD, or do we load the new update into the MMI then replace the original SD card back into SD slot ! My correct SD date is dated 2012 ( same year as the car ) so my next question is, dose the card contain the complete Satnav programme , or just the maps ??? thanks in advance

Hi Jason, I think you are spot on, as the switch did not have that nice click feel as you push it ! It’s been working great ever since. Many thanks a great help. simon

Jason, a quick update CC working this morning ! The switch you mentioned is that the main one you use to turn CC off/on and set speed etc ?

Hi Jason thanks, I have no means of checking for codes ! I use the CC most of the time while on good main A roads and motorways etc. the only other problem I’ve had a few day before is that I have an airbag warning light on, other than that the car drives well ! simon

Hi all, my A6 today, while driving with the cruise control active decided to cancel CC, from this point I am unable to turn the cruise control back on !! Any advice would be much appreciated. cheers Simon

Hi all, Another question I have only owned my A6 Avant for just over two weeks ! Yesterday the car started bringing up the red warning light on the dash at engine start, going out in around 15 seconds with the message say Passenger Airbag is on ?? Any advise would be much appreciated ! Cheers Simon
