Touched the MMI screen top right corner with 2 fingers which rebooted the system into Engineering Mode. Then exited the Mode and the MMI starts back up again.

Hi All, I have recently bought a 2019 A4 TECHNIK 35 TDI S-A and all was working fine until the reverse camera last week started showing a "fuzzy" picture on the MMI when the reverse gear was selected. The following day the picture display returned to being normal. However, 2 days later it returned to being "fuzzy" and has not returned to normal since. The camera lens is clean so would appear to be a technical / software issue? I have rebooted the MMI but that didn't solve the issue either. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Ideas to self fix or is it a visit to the local Audi dealership?
