  1. Not an owner quite yet but need advice please!

    Hello, There I was, studying all the used A5's when I came across your forum. It is very good but I am disturbed!! Should I be? I am after an A5 but read all the horror stories about oil consumption and chain failures, the car I have now has those problems and I don't want another like it!! Question is, are all 2.0 TFSI engines suspect up to 2012? Or are there batch numbers to look out for? Or should I look for TDi's? Or 1.8's instead?!?! I will be grateful for any help as I was under the impression all my oil and chain worries would be gone with a make like Audi! Thanks in advance.
