regarding egr valve on my Audi A3 2010 year the egr valve is togheter to the cooler behind the block engine .
For informations following i will describe may alarm , in runnig conditions on the desk top alarm blinking for " candelette" " glow plugs" and when I stop the engine when restart together the previous alarm appier also engine alarm.
What I have done ; (I have been an expert in automation systems for 50 years ) so thinking the problems born from computer system of the car I unplugged the positive terminal of the battery and I will waited few ours to give the time for discarging all condensators.
When I plugged the positive terminal of the battery , I tourn the ignition on and previous alarms have disappeared but others alarm come : ESP , power steering, tire pressure, don care about that when I mouved the car and the sensors of ABS sent the signals each alarm if deleted.
You have to restore the following things : open and closing windows whith only one pulse and the radio signals for the clock will arrive in few ours to set the windows on the menu you find the set up windows confort , after selection if does not run with the key of the car close the doors and keeping the key turned for few second the same for open the car keeping until all windows will open.
