    I got a little red fob (I just assumed it was an RFID tag for some other door or something so I took it off the keychain) with it but when I press it against it nothing happens, car starts perfectly without it. Is it original or did someone add it? Edit: there's also capsule thing in a key that won't let the car start without the capsule being near the ignition. Is that it or?

    I just bought a 2007 Audi A3 8P and found this. https://postimg.cc/WhQ48DfF. Any clue as to what it is? Also, any way to fix the plastic around it? Seems like the paint is peeling off?
