  1. Automatic window operation with Key-Fob

    I am a brand new member to the forum so here is my problem. I have recently had occasion to disconnect the battery on my 2007 A3 Sportback. On reconnecting the battery after about an hour, I have now found an annoying issue. The electric window open / close feature, operated by using the lock / unlock button on the key-fob does not now work. It was working perfectly up until I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, is there a simple solution to fixing it ? I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks. Latest update - 13th May. This fault has righted itself after a period of a few weeks. Thanks folks, for inundating me with replies and possible solutions to the original post - ( NOT !! )
