    I’ve bought an Audi a1 (60 plate) ive never had an Audi before so I’m not familiar with one. I’ve been trying the sat nav and it says to ring Audi. The disk hasn’t been opened so I’ve opened it and put it in and it says the same thing. I don’t think there’s an sd card, so im not sure if this makes a difference The bluetooth doesn’t seem to be working right either. It will connect but you can’t hear anything (Spotify on my iPhone ) I know I might sound dizzy but I’m like everything now even though I’ve only got it today . Can anyone advise please
