  8. Mick, yes that’s absolutely fine to reference my case. In the past my car would never save anything overnight and so far so good, but of course, if it changes I will let you and Audi know.

My Q3 purchased end of July was taken back to Audi Southend yesterday and they completed a reset of the MMI, placed it into sleep mode and discovered that the DPI (dealer preparation I ?) hadn’t been completed correctly and now everything is being saved (radio, favorites, privacy setting etc), which is great but frustrating that it’s taken a month to discover !

  11. Hi Mick, I am now waiting to receive a call to cancel my appointment still booked for next Weds. Did they offer you anything as compensation for the inconvenience ? I am contemplating requesting a full refund as I am within 30 days of purchase (under the 2015 consumer right act) ! Thanks

  14. Yes, that’s correct, it would be good to compare notes…. I purchased my car on 23/07 and therefore if there isn’t a solution, I may demand my money back.
