Ok thanks for the info, I was going to do the job myself but only if the wiring already existed.

I’ve got the same issue except I would like to know if the original wiring loom has the appropriate plug already in place, I’ve got a A3 sport saloon 2021

Just bought A3 sport automatic with the 1.5 petrol engine. I have found no issues, plenty of power and after 2 weeks pottering about town 39 to the gallon. Better than my Astra 2.0 diesel manual. no hesitation when pulling away,stop and start a little pain in traffic, so turn it off .. good luck with your purchase, when I was looking I didn’t want s line, so waited my time for a sport automatic to show up, most were some way away from my home so couldn’t view easily,but they seemed to sell very quickly. regards Terryj
