  1. Hi all, i have a problem with my 2011 Audi a5 2.0 tfsi quattro auto. Engine will not rev as normal. After losing throttle response i managed to limp car home. It pulses with power. Start engine. Put foot on the throttle could be right down. And car just revs to 2000 revs then drops to around 1200 revs then back to 2000 and so on. Not brings up any codes. On dash says stabilisation fault. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks
  2. Hi Steve, Thankyou for your reply. Much appreciated. I will replace the gasket. And get the car scanned. Cheers. Shaun
  3. Hi all, in July i purchased an Audi a5 2011 2.0 tfsi. My first audi car. As ive heard how reliable they are. 2 issues. Oil in the coolant. White and creamy around expansion reservoir cap and neck of tank. No water in the engine. Oil cap clean inside. Put on new expansion bottle today and G12 coolant to see if it was just in the old tank from a pervious problem . But after driving 10 miles new tank starting to go black inside. Any suggestions where to look for oil leak appreciated. 2nd issue. A pinging noise and a yellow cog on dash staying gearbox malfunction and you can continue driving. This happened 3 miles down the road. From collecting car. Then after a few miles goes off. Does this almost every time i drive it. Sometimes a few times. Sometimes as i start the car. Car drives fine. Any ideas. Or experience in this appreciated. Thankyou
