When driving if I accelerate hard the glow plug light flashes.not sure what this could be is it injectors.if I stop the engine and restart light goes off.and car drives as normal with or without light on

I have 2014 2.0tdi ultra estate cnha.is it at its most fuel efficient or would a remap improve this or damage car.

It was a battery issue connection was lost to ecu.my scanner is only a cheap one and didn't pick up the fault.
