  1. I'm not sure I will use right wording since I don't know much about coding car software but I have a big issue with 2018 Audi Q8 50 tdi. I recently bought the car and later noticed that ACC is not working. I also saw that the car has Night vision assist camera but this option was somehow not in the menu. When I took the car to official Audi dealer in Belgrade, Serbia, they told me that the night vision camera was "deleted by using unauthorized software" and that "ACC is not working beacuse of the camera" The dealer also refused to work on the car until it is "returned to factory settings". Unofficially, they told me that they stopped doing this as the procedure could cause up to 10,000 to 20,000 EUR damage on the car and that I should go to a knowledgeable car electronics shop to do it. They also told me that the previous owner had an offer form another Audi dealer in Serbia for night vision camera procesor replacement at 2.000 EUR couple of month is ago before he sold the car but the replacement t was not done. I beleive that he went to some electronics shop and just had the camera deleted from MMI. Local electronics shops don't seem to have a clue and they were mostly talking about engine or transmission re mapping, but this is not the case here. My question: If the nigjt camera was deleted from the car, how was this done and what is the safest way to return the software back to factory settings? Many thanks.
